MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Offices, the office development and leasing arm of Gokongwei-led Robinsons Land Corp., is expanding its presence in Mindanao with a new nine-story building in Davao City.
In a disclosure on Tuesday, Robinsons Land said that the project would be built on a portion of property , along JP Laurel Street, acquired from Great Earth Marketing & Development Corp. (GEMDC), majority of which is owned by New City Commercial Corp.

RLC said the office tower would pursue green certification and integrate sustainable design features, reflecting its commitment to environmental responsibility.

The new project will add to Robinsons Land’s growing portfolio in Mindanao, which currently includes eight shopping malls, three GoHotels, one Grand Summit Hotel, and two office buildings.
